"Too crowded and honestly just exhausting"
I went in thinking it would be a fun day, but it was crowded from the second we got there. The lines were ridiculously long, there was nowhere to sit, and even just trying to walk around felt like a hassle. We spent so much energy just standing around, weaving through people, and waiting for almost nothing. By the end, we were more drained than happy. It really felt like they let way too many people in at once. Definitely not worth it for me.

"We spent way more time standing in lines..."
We spent way more time standing in lines than actually enjoying anything. The rides were moving super slow, and there wasn’t much communication about what was going on. It kind of felt like we paid just to wait around instead of having a fun day at the water park

"Way too expensive for what you get"
This just felt overpriced. We paid too much for what we ended up getting, and it really didn’t feel worth it. For the price, I expected more, but it was just too much money for too little in return. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Customer service wasn’t much help"
I reached out to ask about my booking, and for some reason it took ages to get a reply. Even when they did respond, the answer wasn’t clear at all. it kind of felt like they didn’t really care about helping me

"Good visit, but the staff could have been warmer"
I went in hoping to have a really fun day, and while the place itself had potential, the staff didn’t come across as very friendly or helpful. Maybe it was just a busy or off day, but it did affect the overall experience a bit. I think the visit would have felt much better with a more welcoming attitude from the team.

"Didn’t feel very family-friendly"
We went with our kids and didn’t feel all that welcome. Nothing in the emails or receipt made it seem like families would have any issues, but once we were there, it just didn’t feel like a comfortable place for children. Probably not somewhere we’d choose again for a family outing.

"Ticket prices felt way too high"
I was about to grab tickets for my family, but as soon as I saw the prices, I pretty much assumed it was going to be one of those overpriced outings.
Once I added everyone in, the total jumped fast, and I immediately figured there wasn’t really much of a deal here. I ended up just closing the site instead of checking out.
Maybe it works for other people, but for us it didn’t feel worth it. If the tickets were priced a little more fairly, we probably would’ve gone

"Not really enough rides to make it worth it"
I was expecting there to be a lot more to do, but there just weren’t many ride options at all. After checking out what was available, it felt like I had already seen pretty much everything way too quickly. I don’t mind waiting a little or walking around if there’s enough variety, but in this case there wasn’t much to choose from, so I ended up getting bored fast. It just didn’t feel worth the time for me

"Didn’t feel safe there"
I just didn’t feel safe at this place. The lifeguards looked distracted most of the time, and it felt like nobody was really watching the slides properly. Everywhere I looked, it seemed like safety wasn’t being taken seriously. I ended up leaving feeling worried instead of relaxed.

"Disappointing food and slow service"
I was disappointed with the food and drinks here. The food came out cold and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. The drinks were also way too expensive for what you actually get. I expected a faster response, especially since it wasn’t even that busy, but we still had to wait a long time. There also wasn’t much choice, and the food area looked a bit messy. I don’t think I’d eat here again.

"Really Dirty and Not Taken Care Of"
I went there with my kids and, the place felt gross. The floors were all wet and grimy, the bathrooms smelled really awful, and there was trash around some of the seating areas. It just didn’t seem like the staff were keeping up with things at all. We ended up leaving way earlier than we planned. Definitely not going back.

"The place just felt really run down"
The whole place felt run down. The bathrooms were dirty, like really dirty, and it didn’t seem like anyone was keeping up with them. The slides looked neglected too, like they hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a while. Everything just felt worn out and not taken care of, which was disappointing.
